Mr. James began his cassava starch processing factory in 2016, which was completed in 2018. Based in Pakanbaru, Mr. James owns vast farmland for cassava cultivation. However, selling raw cassava yields low profits. To increase profitability, he decided to establish a cassava starch processing factory, as cassava starch has a promising global market due to its diverse applications.

In 2016, Mr. James discovered Henan Jinrui Company’s website online. Specializing in cassava starch, cassava flour, and garri processing machinery, Henan Jinrui has successfully implemented numerous cassava starch processing projects worldwide. Impressed by their expertise, Mr. James chose them as his partner. After six months of communication, he visited China to inspect the company and factory.

By November 2016, the 20t/h cassava starch processing factory equipment was completed and prepared for shipment to Pakanbaru.

In January 2017, the machinery arrived in Pakanbaru. Local workers, guided by Jinrui’s engineers via installation manuals and video calls, handled the setup.

Henan Jinrui’s after-sales team maintained close communication with the Pakanbaru partners. Follow-up inquiries confirmed successful cassava starch production and sales. Mr. James reported significantly higher profits and expressed gratitude for Jinrui’s support.
