December 2025 saw the successful collaboration between DOING and a Philippine customer, who placed an order for one set of 3TPD tire pyrolysis oil distillation machine. The customer’s goal is to upgrade their existing waste tire recycling business by converting crude pyrolysis oil into high-value diesel, thereby boosting overall profitability.
DOING pyrolysis oil distillation machine
The Philippine customer has long been active in the waste tire recycling industry and already operates two tire pyrolysis machines, which generate substantial volumes of crude pyrolysis oil. Through market research, the customer learned that distillation equipment can refine tire pyrolysis oil into diesel fuel—a process that increases product value, enhances market competitiveness, expands sales channels, and ultimately lifts overall profit margins.
After assessing multiple equipment suppliers, the Philippine customer became aware of DOING advanced distillation technology and sent an inquiry to our team to explore cooperation possibilities. During communications, the Philippine customer emphasized that environmental compliance was their primary concern. DOING tire pyrolysis oil to diesel distillation machine effectively addresses this worry with a range of eco-friendly designs: it adopts a circulating water system that produces zero wastewater discharge. Additionally, the combustible non-condensable tail gas generated during the process can be recycled back to the reactor as fuel, while an dedicated environmental protection device ensures that non-combustible tail gas meets local emission standards before release.

DOING business manager informed the customer that our distillation machines are available in multiple models with daily capacities ranging from 0.1 tons to 14 tons (0.1/0.5/1/3/5/7/10/14 TPD), offering flexible options to match different business scales.Considering their current business scale and future expansion plans, the Philippine customer decided to start with a 3TPD tire oil refining distillation machine. This allows them to evaluate equipment performance first and then determine whether to expand production capacity based on subsequent sales results. In December 2025, after confirming all cooperation details, the customer officially signed the order with DOING.
