• Put waste aluminum plastic materials into crusher for preliminary processing, and then put the crushed materials into grinder through wind conveyor
• Grinder will grind the crushed materials into powder, meanwhile, circulation water cooling system is working to ensure the materials won’t be burned due to the high temperature
• The grinding powder will enter an eddy-vibrating screen - the materials with small enough diameter will go to the electrostatic separator through the screen; bigger materials will be sent back to grinder for further grinding
• Electrostatic separator to separate aluminum powder from plastic powder according to the different conductivity
• Pulse dust removal system automatically removes dust throughout the process
