Pre-treatment

If the raw material is waste tires or waste rubber, it needs to be processed into rubber blocks/rubber powder. The process includes drawing, crushing, and grinding.

Main Equipment: Steel wire drawing machines, rubber tire crushers, tire cutting machines, tyre grinding machines, etc.

Feeding

Adopt the feeding auger to feed the rubber powder/rubber blocks, which is an environmentally friendly, safe and sealed feeding method.

Pyrolysis

Adopt new indirect heating method to ensure uniform heating effect and sufficient pyrolysis, while prolonging the service life of the pyrolysis reactor and making the equipment durable.

Condensation

Adopt innovative three-stage industrial condensation system to ensures that oil gas is fully condensed into liquid pyrolysis oil and improves oil yield.
