The operation principle of this equipment relies on distillation technology and specialized solid catalyst to break down large organic molecules in the waste engine oil and regenerate diesel fuel, reducing its viscosity and enhancing combustion performance.

The final product output rate of new waste engine oil refining machine produces about 80-85% diesel and 10-15% asphalt. The diesel is of high purity, with few impurities and a bright color, making it suitable for diesel-powered heavy machines, trucks, tractors, ships, etc. The asphalt can be used in road construction, waterproofing for buildings, roofing felt, railroad ties, electric pole preservatives, steel pipe waterproof coatings, and can also be sold to asphalt plants for further refinement.
