Continuous type commercial pyrolysis plants are designed with large-scale processing capacities ranging from 20 tons to 50 tons or more. For continuous type commercial pyrolysis plants, the tyres, rubber, and plastic should be as clean and with small size as possible. So the raw materials should be shredded, and the tyres should be crushed into 5mm rubber powder while removing all steel wires, which can make sure the feeding and discharging are more smoothly, and the operation is uninterrupted.
DOING continuous type commercial pyrolysis plant
Semi-continuous type commercial pyrolysis plants are capable of handling capacities from 5 tons to 20 tons per day, which needs to be fed with 1-2cm rubber block. It can achieve automatic feeding and continuous slag discharging, providing larger processing capacities and higher working efficiency compared to batch commercial pyrolysis plants.
DOING semi-continuous type commercial pyrolysis plant
Batch type commercial pyrolysis plants have a capacity range of 100 kg to 15 tons. One of the key advantages of batch type commercial pyrolysis plants is that almost all kinds of raw materials can be used in it, and not picky on the form of raw material. It can accept whole tyres without the need for cutting or cleaning, and waste plastics can also be directly fed without any cleaning or selection work.
