DOING's collaboration with its Malaysian client began in early 2023 when the client contacted us through our website seeking a reliable solution to address the growing problem of sludge buildup. The client chose us because of our exceptional expertise in pyrolysis systems. DOING has focused on the manufacture and innovation of pyrolysis plants for 14 years and has extensive experience in oil sludge pyrolysis treatment plants.

Features of the DOING semi-continuous sludge pyrolysis plant:

Feeding: Utilizing a specially designed pump-in system, highly efficient and labor-saving;

Pyrolysis processing: Tightly sealed, with anti-coking devices tailored to the characteristics of sludge, ensuring smooth pyrolysis;

Slag removal: The semi-continuous pyrolysis plant features a specially designed small reactor, allowing for high-temperature slag removal without shutdown, resulting in high efficiency—up to 3 pyrolysis batches can be completed in 2 days.

In May 2023, Malaysian client visited our production plant. After witnessing firsthand our advanced pyrolysis plant production line and rigorous quality control processes, the client expressed high satisfaction with our technical capabilities and service support, subsequently accelerating the project's progress significantly. This on-site assessment not only solidified mutual trust but also streamlined the project process, enabling us to quickly complete the design and manufacture of two sets of 10 ton semi-continuous oil sludge pyrolysis plant to meet the Malaysian client's operational needs as soon as possible.

The installation process was a model of efficient collaboration. In 2024, our experienced engineers went to the site to oversee the installation of the first set of semi-continuous oil sludge pyrolysis plant, providing on-site guidance on foundation preparation, equipment assembly, and integration with the existing infrastructure. Key steps included: on-site assessment to determine the optimal layout, precise calibration of the pyrolysis reactor and condenser systems, electrical wiring compliant with local regulations, and initial calibration of the feed to the semi-continuous oil sludge pyrolysis plant.

With our initial support, the client's in-house team successfully completed the installation of the second set of semi-continuous oil sludge pyrolysis plant, utilizing the detailed installation manuals and remote consultations we provided. By October 2025, both semi-continuous oil sludge pyrolysis plants were installed and operational.
